All purchases are between exhibitors and guests: All animals and products offered for sale at Repticon shows are offered by independent individuals and businesses exhibiting at each show. No animals and no products (other than Repticon t-shirts and branded merchandise) are offered for sale by Repticon. Each purchaser is responsible for researching each animal that they choose to purchase at a show, ensuring that they know how to properly care for the animal, evaluating the animal or property prior to purchase, and properly caring for each animal once it is in their possession.
Guests making purchases at a show should identify who they are purchasing from and retain their contact information for future follow up. If a guest has concerns about an animal or product purchased at a show and does not remember who they purchased from, Repticon will make every reasonable effort to put the guest in direct contact with the exhibitor that sold the animal or product to the guest.
All resolutions must be reached directly between the exhibitor and guest. Repticon is not a guarantor for anything sold by the independent exhibitors at its shows, and will not be held liable for expenses that guests or exhibitors incur relating to animals or products purchased at the show or disputes regarding the purchases.
Guest Questions:
Some venues have restrictions so please check with the venue if you have any questions.
Each exhibitor is different so please ask before touching and always use hand sanitizer!
Guests can bring up to two animals inside the event. We feel strongly that this interaction will provide guests with an additional opportunity to engage in discussion with exhibitors and will generate excitement among event attendees. Animals brought by guests to the event must be in good health and under their control at all times. Any guests who violate that policy will be asked to leave the show. (Even though Repticon does not prohibit you from bringing two animals to the show, state or local laws may prohibit this. Please check your local laws to ensure that your state or locality does not prohibit you from allowing your pets to be seen in public.) Also, some venues have restrictions so please check with the venue if you have any questions.
Guests may not bring animals into the event for the purpose of selling them at the event, as only show vendors with appropriate permits may sell animals. Any guests who violate that policy will be asked to leave the show.
Even though we have “hot” shows, venomous animals are never allowed to be brought in to our shows. We have very strict protocols that we follow and want to guarantee the safety of all our guests and exhibitors.
You can purchase tickets HERE.
Please contact the venue directly regarding parking fees.
First, talk to the vendor. If you need more assistance, you can always talk to one of the Repticon staff at the Info Booth.
At-Show Vendor Concerns: If you have concerns relating to an exhibitor, their animals, or their products at a Repticon show, please alert the Repticon staff during the show. A Repticon manager is present at every show. There is also a show “Information” booth at every show that is staffed at all times. The Repticon staff at the Information table can contact the onsite manager if there are serious concerns. Concerns relating to animals can be far more effectively addressed when the guest, exhibitor, and animal are all still onsite rather than after the show.
Concerns Regarding Vendors Expressed After A Show: Repticon seeks quality exhibitors for its shows. If a guest or fellow exhibitor has concerns regarding an exhibitor who has participated in a Repticon show, we welcome feedback at [email protected] or 407- 734-EXPO. All calls or e-mails regarding vendor concerns that are directed to other Repticon e-mails or phone numbers will be forwarded to Bookings without direct response. Bookings will respond to all incoming concerns regarding vendors.
Thank you for visiting the Repticon FAQ page. If the answer to your question isn’t on the page, please shoot us an email at [email protected] or visit our contacts page.
Vendor Questions:
All animals must be healthy and legal to sell within the state. Vendors who intentionally and repeatedly offer illegal or unhealthy animals for sale may be banned from future shows.
Each exhibitor is expected to appropriately display their materials and staff their tables in order to prohibit shoplifting or theft. Repticon is not responsible for any theft before, during, or after each event. If you see something that doesn’t look right, please tell us as soon as possible. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE END OF THE SHOW!
To book tables at a Repticon show, either utilize the online booking form here, or contact our Booking Team by phone at (407) 734- EXPO or by email at [email protected], listed here. Although pre-payment is appreciated, vendors in good standing who have vended at prior Repticon expos are not required to pre-pay for tables.
Deposit – Vendors are now required to pay a 10% deposit to hold the tables. This minimal deposit ($9.50 for one table, $25 for a four table package) is intended to ensure that only vendors who truly intend to vend at a show actually complete the booking process, while still keeping the up-front costs for booking tables extremely low for those vendors who book multiple shows throughout the year. This will be refundable or transferable up to a month before the show.
No neon sign required. However, each exhibitor is expected to create a professional, attractive display area in their space. It is now mandatory that Vendors must have a tablecloth to cover all their tables. If necessary, Repticon will provide them at $3 per table.
Exhibitors who choose to remove non-venomous animals from their enclosures or allow guests to handle their animals are responsible for maintaining control of the animals at all time. Each exhibitor is exclusively liable for any damage to property or personal injury resulting from handling of their live animals on the host facility premises.
Each exhibitor is responsible for ensuring that no animals leave their exhibit area unless under the control of an employee or customer. Each vendor is responsible for recapturing any escaped animals without unreasonable disruption to other exhibitors or guests. Any escaped animals must be immediately reported to Repticon. Any lost animals that are found after event hours or after the event closes become the property of Repticon, with no obligation for return to the original owner.
There is no restriction regarding the sale of legal, wild-caught animals. Exhibitors are not required to display any particular signage, but are required to disclose any pertinent information to interested guests, including whether a particular animal is wild-caught or captive bred.
These are Exhibitors at the Upcoming Show in January 2025
