Instructions for Vendors Interested in Self-Booking

1. Scroll to the bottom of this page to view the Repticon shows listed in calendar order that are fully open for booking in real time.  You may also click here to open the same Booking System Landing Page in a New Tab.   As you browse this Landing Page, check if there are more than one page of shows, as it will scroll to a second page if more than 15 shows are open at one time.
2. Select the show that you would like to vend for its interactive booking layout.  If you do not see that show listed, it is not yet open for vendor booking.
3. Once on the layout page, if you have never vended a show in this current booking system (rolled out in June 2022), click the Register button in the top right corner and Register a User profile.
4. Once you are registered, return to that same area and use the Sign In button.  Previously registered vendors should sign in at that same place.
5. Select the open tables of your choice on the layout.
6. Proceed with checkout as instructed.
7. If a show is sold out, there will be a waitlist button near the top of the layout where you can immediately self-add to the waitlist, or you can email Bookings to be added.  If you are self-adding, please indicate the table numbers desired, and be sure you are either signed in if you have a User profile or instead include a contact email.  New vendors may waitlist without registering.
