The Prepayment in full for Preplacement (PPPP) is no longer offered to any vendors who still hold Overdue invoices.
-
Repticon vendors have always been required to keep their payments current and up to date in order to continue to be booked for future shows. The official payment deadline to pay for any balance has always been 3pm the Saturday afternoon of that show. There has long been an unofficial “grace period” where Bookings staff waits until the Tuesday morning following the show before setting unpaid invoices to Overdue status and then proceeding with additional invoicing and emailing requests for a late payment.
-
The Overdue feature blocks any future self-booking until paid. Staff avoid placing any vendors from waitlists if they hold Overdues. Manual booking requests are not fulfilled until Overdues are settled. Vendors with Overdues are not offered Prepay Specials, and they are not placed from Wildcards.
-
In the past, the PPPP process proved to be a loophole regarding this policy. When a next show PPPP offer was added to booked vendor invoices during the Thursday through Monday period of a current show, this PPPP addition was not cross referenced against Overdue status. It has come to the attention of Repticon that certain vendors have been rebooking shows through PPPP even though they still hold Overdues for other shows.
-
Starting in June 2026, Repticon will begin enforcing a policy not to offer PPPP to any vendor who is still holds any Overdues and will cross reference to determine if Overdues are held. If a vendor has any Overdue, PPPP will not be added to any current show invoice. Vendors will not be notified if this happens because on time payment is expected, and it remains the responsibility of vendors to ensure their invoices are paid on time. Bookings does not continue pursue vendors with Overdues beyond emailing a payment request on the Wednesday following the Overdue being activated on the Tuesday after the show runs. Please remember that invoices can be reviewed by vendors under “My Bookings” in the system at any time.
-
If vendors have an Overdue and they settle it on the Thursday before a show or later, and the vendor wishes PPPP to be added, please email Bookings by the Monday following the show to request having the PPPP added to the invoice so as to pay by the usual Monday evening deadline. If the Overdue is settled after that deadline, the PPPP will not be offered late, though Bookings, at their discretion, may Wildcard any vendors in such a situation for the next show.
